We invite applications for the position of Fees Assistant.
Duties include administering and reviewing fee chasing procedures for both publicly and privately funded cases; monitoring of public funding certificates and representation orders; generating, monitoring and distributing reminder fee notes and letters; generating, monitoring and distributing DTJ and payment on account applications and managing barrister’s fees within the CCMS system; and managing barrister’s aged debts.
Previous fees clerk/assistant experience within a barrister’s chambers is desirable.
