The theme of this year's Social Justice Lecture is human trafficking and modern day slavery and it takes place between 5.30pm and 7.30pm on April 3rd 2017 at Bronte Lecture Theatre (BLG/05), University of Huddersfield, Queensgate. Huddersfield, HD1 3DH.

The keynote speaker is Mark Burns-Williamson, the Police and Crime Commissioner for West Yorkshire, following which there will be a panel question and answer session. In addition to Lucy, the Panel will include: Warren Stevenson from West Yorkshire Police  (Detective Chief Inspector for Protective Services Crime), Yvonne Hall from Palmcove Society (a charity that can give a victims perspective), and Dr John Lever (Specialist in the area of supply chain management).
