Vijay Jagadesham interviewed on BBC Radio Lancashire about prisoner voting before Supreme Court hands judgment down.

In the interview Vijay stated that the UK was in the minority in having a complete blanket ban on any prisoner voting, stating ‘of 47 member states only 9 prevent every single prisoner from being allowed to vote’. He also stated the proposals did not mean that every prisoner would automatically get the right to vote.
