Nearly Legal housing law blog “Cities behaving badly!”

10 November 2015

The housing law blog Nearly Legal has written about a case in which former barrister at Garden Court North Chambers’ Andrew Byles was instructed.

The Nearly Legal blog picked up on a casenote originally published on Community Law Partnership’s website which sets out what may possibly amount to a mass unlawful eviction of secure tenants by Birmingham City Council.

Andrew was instructed by Community Law Partnership.
