Complex Contact Cases webinar

Lyndsey Sambrooks-Wright and Natalie Wilkins from our Family Law Team will discuss how to approach proceedings involving domestic violence allegations, including PD12J, schedules of allegations, fact-finding hearings and recent case-law developments, and the legal arguments for promoting contact with non-resident parents, even where there have been some negative findings.

Lyndsey and Natalie will also consider the recent case law in the most complex cases, including intractable cases and those involving alleged parental alienation.
