Amid calls for a COVID-19 inquiry and in light of the increasing use of technology and remote hearings, Pete Weatherby QC and Mira Hammad from our Inquests and Public Inquiries team will discuss the opportunities and pitfalls of remote advocacy and share their learning on how to be an effective advocate at a Public Inquiry.

Both Pete and Mira have extensive experience of Public Inquiries and between them are currently instructed to represent core participants at the Manchester Arena Inquiry, the Grenfell Tower Inquiry and the Undercover Policing Inquiry.
