Vijay Jagadesham: Article 8 ECHR update (ILPA)

GCN’s Vijay Jagadesham will be presenting an update on Article 8 of the ECHR alongside Mala Savjani, based at Wilson Solicitors for Here For Good for an ILPA event on 9 February 2023.

The session will review the protection afforded by Article 8 ECHR in 2023, in conjunction with a detailed look at the recent changes to the Immigration Rules and recent authorities and policy/statutory changes, in order to provide practitioners with a practical update on how to prepare their cases relying on family and private life.
