In this webinar, which is part of our collaborative series with DG Legal, Jonathan Holt of our Immigration & Asylum team returns to discuss the best methods of making bail applications, best practice at hearings, and the current issues surrounding accommodation at the bail stage.

Each of Garden Court North Chambers’ specialist teams deliver a programme of seminars throughout the year that cover a range of topics designed to provide practitioners with expert knowledge and learning.

Our seminars can be delivered both remotely via Zoom or MS teams and in our purpose built training suite, which is located in Manchester city centre and is close to all major transport links.
