Garden Court North Chambers’ Housing Team is pleased to be hosting a seminar on Housing Allocation Schemes.

This seminar will have a specific focus on the legal and policy framework surrounding housing allocation and current cases and recent challenges concerning housing allocation schemes and their application to individual cases, including with reference to the Equality Act 2010.
