ILPA: Article 8 ECHR Update

Vijay Jagadesham, from our Immigration team, will deliver a webinar providing an update on Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights alongside Mala Savjani, a Solicitor for Here for Good based at Wilson Solicitors LLP, on 15 March.

The webinar for the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA) will review the protection afforded by Article 8 ECHR in 2022, in conjunction with a detailed look at the recent changes to the Immigration Rules and recent authorities and policy/statutory changes, in order to provide practitioners with a practical update on how to prepare their cases relying on family and private life.
