NWCoPPA: What happens when care providers give notice to P?

Court of Protection practitioners often need to respond to the situation where a care provider gives notice to end the provision of accommodation and/or care to P.
Adam Fulwood of 39 Essex Chambers and Ben McCormack from our Court of Protection Team will be giving a range of practical tips and advice and will
