Anna Morris to speak at Oxford Faculty of Law event
Anna Morris KC has been invited to join an panel of expert speakers for a discussion on the status of UK protest rights hosted by The University of Oxford’s Faculty of Law.
The event UK Protest Rights and Democracy Following Recent Reforms will see panel members considering the reforms to protest Law in the UK and the passing of the Police, Crime, Courts and Sentencing Act 2022, the Public Order Act 2023, and the Public Order Act 1986 (Serious Disruption to the Life of the Community) Regulations 2023.
The discussion will be chaired by Dr Daniella Lock – postdoctoral fellow at the Bonavero Institute for Human Rights.
The panel comprises:
