Strategic Litigation in Welfare Benefits – Public Law Project seminar

Garden Court North’s Alexa Thompson will be speaking at Public Law Project’s (PLP) ‘Strategic Litigation in Welfare Benefits’ training seminar on 17 July 2025.

The seminar, available through standard, reduced or free ticket pricing, will analyse successful legal challenges to welfare benefits in the past. It will offer guidance for future challenges, amid the Government’s proposed ‘Pathways to Work Green Paper’ and disability benefits cuts.

PLP’s Aoife O’Reilly will Chair the seminar, which will be delivered via Zoom from 10:00am until 12:30pm.

Alexa will speak alongside Jamie Burton KC (Doughty Street Chambers), Charles Gillies (MS Society), Niamh Grahame (PLP) and Svetlana Kotova (Inclusion London).
