The Renters’ Rights Act – A Comprehensive Training Seminar by Garden Court North’s Housing Team
On Thursday 11 June 2026, Garden Court North’s housing team will be delivering a comprehensive training session on the Renters’ Rights Act at Bridge5Mill, 22A Beswick Street, Manchester.
The session will start at 2pm, lasting until approximately 4:30pm, followed by complimentary drinks.
From Garden Court North’s housing team, the following members will be offering their extensive expertise on the new types of cases arising from the Renters’ Rights Act’s seismic shifts in legislation and tenants’ rights:
Among other topics, the team will dissect the Act’s new grounds for possession, amendments to existing possession grounds, discrimination, and attempted evasions of these provisions.
