Helen Jackson, Managing Solicitor at Shelter in Manchester, will be giving us an introduction to homelessness law and the work of Shelter and Natalie Wilkins, immigration and housing law barrister at Garden Court North Chambers will explain the major changes being made to prevent those without immigration status from renting, the issues with EU nationals accessing benefits, and the potential risks of eviction and discrimination this raises.
