We are delighted to announce that Peter Cruickshank has accepted an invitation to join our Criminal Defence & Appeals Team.

Peter has a wide-ranging criminal defence practice, representing clients on complex matters both in the Magistrates’ and Crown Courts.

Peter’s experience includes involuntary intoxication, the proportionality of police behaviour and malicious and sexual communications and he has represented clients charged with serious offences including s18, drug conspiracy and sexual assault.

Peter has a particular interest in protest law & successfully represented an Extinction Rebellion protester on appeal to the Crown Court.
