John Tooley joined Garden Court North Chambers as Fees Manager in 2021 having previously worked in roles in the Court Service, Solicitor Costs Departments and latterly as a Law Costs Draftsman.
John is responsible for all aspects of fee collection including the submission of payments on account, final claims and appeals on CCMS, and posting the resulting payments/recoupments. He is also responsible for the recovery of fees payable in respect of all areas of Chambers work.
