Anna Watterson joins Garden Court North Chambers

We are delighted to announce that Anna Watterson has joined Garden Court North Chambers.

Anna is a housing and immigration specialist with 15 years’ experience as well as serving as a Deputy District Judge.

Anna is ranked in Chambers & Partners for social housing, and her housing practice focuses primarily on representing tenants in possession cases, disrepair claims and unlawful eviction claims. Anna acts for applicants for homelessness assistance and/or social care, in County Court appeals and in judicial review claims.

Anna’s immigration and asylum work included representing applicants in asylum and human rights cases, appearing in First-Tier and Upper Tribunal, and the higher courts.
