Abuse of process in criminal proceedings: case update
At Garden Court North Chambers on 17 May, Colin Wells, author of Abuse of Process, now in its fourth edition, will present a one-hour seminar – Abuse of process in criminal proceedings.
Attendees will be provided with notes to accompany the seminar in advance of the event.
About the speaker
Colin Wells was called to the bar in 1987 and specialises in:
- pre-charge criminal advises;
- criminal defence work, including fraud, money laundering, confiscation and related regulatory proceedings;
- criminal cost appeals.
Colin was a licensed Advocate on the Isle of Man from 2002-2008 and has been licensed for Direct Access work since 2009.
