Court of Protection – updates, tips and tricks
Members of Garden Court North’s Court of Protection team will be sharing their insights into recent case law and offering advice on day-to-day practice. There will be also opportunities for questions, and networking over drinks after the main bulk of the free event.
Talks will last from 2pm until 4:30pm, with an hour of complimentary drinks from 4:30-5:30pm.
Speakers include: Ben McCormack, Kerry Smith, Rory O’Ryan, Lyndsey Sambrooks-Wright, Elizabeth Mottershaw and Tom Royston.
