On 9 February, GCN first-six pupil, Helen Peden received the Incorporated Council of Law Reporting for England and Wales (ICLR) Pupillage Award 2023.

The award was presented with a short address by Sir Peter Roth, High Court judge and former President of the Competition Appeal Tribunal, who was chair of the award judges. Previous winners of the award were among the audience alongside ICLR staff.
