A high level webinar by Pete Weatherby QC, regarding the engagement of Article 2 in Inquests and Public Inquiries, has recently gone online through MBL Seminars. The one hour webinar aims to provide all you need to know regarding this important area, in a coherent manner. The webinar looks at Article 2 in recent cases including Hillsborough, Grenfell, Westminster Bridge and the Manchester Arena bombings. Pete also discusses when Article 2 is or is not engaged in healthcare, environmental, industrial, accident and emergency response contexts.

It is aimed at experienced Article 2 practitioners.
