Yousef Makki: judicial review granted

Yousef Makki inquest

The family of Yousef Makki has today been granted permission to claim judicial review of the Coroner’s conclusion at the inquest into Yousef’s death, which took place in November 2021.

The case will be listed for a full hearing in due course.

Yousef’s family are represented by GCN’s Pete Weatherby QC and Matt Stanbury, instructed by Sarah Magson of Watson Woodhouse Solicitors.
